Shipping was very fast! The box is heavy, but the components are of excellent quality. Assembly took some time, but it was straightforward with clear instructions. The base is a sturdy metal, though I replaced the casters with rollerblade style ones for my hardwood floors. The chair glides effortlessly. The seat is wider than average and very comfortable with its thick foam padding. The adjustable arms and lumbar support fit me wonderfully. The mesh back and adjustable headrest provide perfect support. While it may not be as luxurious as some high-end brands, for a fraction of the price, this chair offers an excellent ergonomic fit and value. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
